3rd ANNUAL HORTICULTURAL SHOW

SAT. 11TH SEPTEMBER 2010  -  Fenns Farm. Bildeston Rd, Combs

Setting up time 9 - 11am     Open for viewing from 1.30pm

 What can you do for the Show?

• put in as many entries as possible ( but no entries will be accepted on the day that were not on your original entry form)
• Get your entry form to 12 Tannery Road or The Blenheims, Bildeston Road or Pump Cottage Mill Road, Battisford Tye or  Honeysuckle Cottage, Straight Road by midnight on Tuesday 7^th September
• make a cake (or buns or sausage rolls etc) for the Fete cake stall even if you are not entering the Show cookery classes
• buy some items from Tom Watkins’ soap stall in the Garden Club marquee – all profits go to Club funds
• volunteer to help man the marquee – helpers are required during setting up(9-11am), stewarding the judges (from 11) and manning the marquee for a while so that others can enjoy the rest of the Fete. Contact Bill (01449 672168) for more details and offers of help
• come along at 5pm for trophy presentation
• remove all entries by 5.30pm so the marquee can be used for the evening entertainment
• buy as many Peter Seabrook tickets for yourself, friends and family as possible. The Gardening Club is paying for the Show marquee this year and we need to boost funds as much as possible.
• let us know what you think was good (or not so good) about the Show – next year may be different
